1. About this website
This website is operated by CFGO (Pty) Ltd (“CFGO”, “we”, “us”). It provides information about our accounting, tax, business structuring, educational and related professional services in South Africa. Contact: samantha@cfgo.co.za.
2. Website information only
Website content is general information, not an engagement-specific professional opinion, investment recommendation, legal opinion or instruction to act. It may not reflect your particular circumstances or the latest law. You should not rely on it as a substitute for advice based on a properly scoped engagement.
3. Professional services require an agreement
Submitting an enquiry, booking a call or accessing content does not create an accountant–client, tax practitioner–client, trustee or advisory relationship. Services commence only when CFGO accepts an engagement on agreed terms and scope. Separate engagement letters govern deliverables, fees, authorisations, responsibilities and liability.
4. Permitted use and intellectual property
You may browse and print reasonable extracts for your own lawful, non-commercial reference, retaining attribution. CFGO owns or licenses website text, design, graphics and marks. You may not copy, republish, scrape, misuse or commercially exploit content without permission.
5. Accuracy, availability and external links
We take reasonable steps to keep information accurate but do not warrant that the website is uninterrupted, error-free or always current. Third-party links are provided for convenience; CFGO does not control their content or practices. Nothing in these terms excludes duties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Enquiries and acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful content, malware, misleading details or another person’s confidential information without authority. Please do not submit identity documents, banking credentials, tax records or other sensitive documents through general website forms. CFGO may respond to enquiries at its discretion.
7. Fees and cancellations
Website descriptions and indicative service information do not constitute binding quotations. Any accepted quotation and engagement letter will specify pricing, payment, scope, duration and termination. 8. Liability and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CFGO is not responsible for loss arising solely from unauthorised reliance on general website content, third-party links or website interruption. This is not a waiver of liability for conduct that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights and remedies under applicable consumer protection legislation. Engagement-specific limitations, if agreed, are addressed separately in signed terms.
9. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information and use service providers, including the Shopify website platform. Cookie and marketing preferences will be managed in accordance with applicable law and implemented website settings.
10. Governing law and changes
