Do you work with startups?
We look at each business individually. We mostly work with owner-run businesses that are already trading.
Do you offer once-off work?
Yes. Clean-ups, registrations and some compliance jobs can be done once-off.
Do you handle disputes with SARS?
No. If you need help with a dispute, we'll point you to a specialist.
Is payroll available on its own?
No. Payroll comes as part of our monthly accounting packages.
Is CFO support included in monthly accounting?
No. It's quoted separately unless it's in your proposal.
Can you fix old or messy books?
Yes. We take a look first, then quote for the clean-up.
Can you help with funding?
We can prepare the numbers, forecasts and documents a lender asks for. The lender makes the final call.

Do I automatically need a trust?
No. A trust only makes sense if it fits your situation and has a clear purpose.
Can you draft my trust deed?
We handle the information, registration and admin. The legal drafting is done by an attorney.
Can you review an existing structure?
Yes. That's what our Business Structure Review is for.
Do trusts need annual accounting and tax work?
Usually, yes. A trust needs proper records, admin and tax returns every year.
Will you just pick the option with the lowest tax?
No. Tax matters, but so do cash flow, the law and your goals.
Is this tax avoidance?
No. Everything we do is legal and above board.
