CFGO’s website provides general educational and service information only. Content is not tailored advice and should not be used as the sole basis for a business, tax, trust, legal or investment decision. Formal advice depends on an agreed engagement, complete facts and appropriate professional review.

2. Professional status

Samantha Henning is individually qualified as a Chartered Accountant (South Africa), CA(SA). This should not be described as CFGO itself holding SAICA membership or accreditation unless separately verified. Any tax-practitioner and professional registration numbers published must be confirmed before release.

3. Manage: accounting and tax

Tax and accounting outcomes depend on accurate, complete and timely information, the applicable law and relevant authority interpretations. CFGO does not guarantee refunds, SARS acceptance, tax savings or the absence of audits, interest or penalties. Clients must review and approve tax returns before CFGO submits them under the engagement process.

4. Structure: companies, trusts and ownership

CFGO may advise on financial and tax aspects of company and trust structures and coordinate implementation within its professional scope. Legal drafting and legal opinions are referred to appropriately qualified attorneys. No structure guarantees asset protection, creditor immunity, tax savings, succession outcomes or enforceability. Trusts require proper governance, administration and observance of trustee duties.

5. Build Wealth: education and organisation

CFGO offers financial education, cash-flow analysis, goal-setting, tax planning and wealth-organisation support. CFGO does not hold itself out as a licensed financial services provider and does not offer regulated financial product advice, intermediary services, execution or investment management. CFGO does not recommend particular investments, investment providers or personal portfolio allocations unless and until it has confirmed that any proposed activity is lawfully within its authorised scope. Clients should obtain regulated advice from an appropriately authorised provider when needed.

6. Risks, forecasts and no guarantees

Examples, projections and scenario analyses depend on assumptions and may differ materially from actual outcomes. Investment values, property values, business results and tax laws can change. CFGO does not guarantee business profits, wealth accumulation, returns or the preservation of capital.

7. Client decisions and liability

Clients remain responsible for decisions they make and transactions they authorise. CFGO remains responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law and its professional duties. No statement on this website excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any enforceable engagement-specific liability limit must be set out in agreed client terms.

8. Other professionals and referrals

Where specialist legal, fiduciary or regulated financial advice is needed, CFGO may recommend or coordinate independent professionals. Unless separately agreed and legally required, CFGO does not assume responsibility for the independent professional’s services. Conflicts and referral arrangements will be disclosed where relevant.
